Identify and correct unhealthy patterns in your thinking
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy explores the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Members will work towards enhancing awareness of negative thoughts and beliefs in addition to identifying and achieving behavioral goals. Through discussions, learning new concepts/skills, completing worksheets, and role playing/practicing, members will learn to challenge and replace unhelpful thinking styles and beliefs. Cognitive and behavioral changes lead to emotional growth and healing.
