Mindfulness is a particular way of paying attention: on purpose, in the present moment and without judgment
Stress, being emotionally overwhelmed and pain are uninvited guests in our daily lives; however, they are part of the human condition. Stress and pain may have you feeling irritable, tense, depressed and anxious, which impacts your entire life. The KEY to regaining balance is responding to these stressors with mindful, non-judgmental awareness.
Impossible? Research has shown that mindfulness-based approaches to healing the body and mind are highly effective and can even change our brain.
