Healthy Living Group explores the many lifestyle considerations that support the effectiveness of mental health therapies and life-long well-being. Along with nutrition education, the group will discuss the role of physical activity, sleep, stress reduction, and mindfulness in supporting participants’ ongoing quest toward recovery and health.

The importance of nutrition and the gut-brain axis on mental health is gaining traction in the medical community as our understanding of the microbiome and the brain’s use of nutrients is becoming more clear.
